1.1 Are you open on Sundays?

Nest is open and happy to help you on Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm

1.2 How do I reserve products I want, but don't want to take home yet?

We understand that preparing for baby doesn't happen in one day, so we offer the option to reserve any larger ticket items with a 35% deposit up to 8 weeks in advance. This gives you assurance that this product will be available for you when you're ready to pick it up from our store. It also allows you to hand-pick the color and any other specifications the product may have. Even if we don't have the specific product at the time you place the deposit, the lead tiem you give us (of at least 4-6 weeks) is enough time to have it here when you want to take it home! 

1.3 Can my family from overseas purchase from my baby registry?

Currently, anybody who wishes to shop from an active baby registry will need to contact us by phone or email so that we may send them a copy of the registry as it stands at that point in time. At present, we don't have the ability to see and/or shop registries on our website (it's something we're working on!)

Once the list is in hand, items can be searched and purchased on our website from anywhere in the world! An email notification will be sent out when the purchase is ready for pick up (for locals) and for any guests who are overseas, we ask them to give us a call as soon as they've made their purchase so we make arrangements with them.
