Hatley: Blue Little Pups Snap Rain Coat-

The front closes with four spring-loaded dome snaps. No zip to line up one-handed while a toddler leans the other way.

A lightweight polyester shell with a full PU coating. Rain sits on the surface instead of soaking in, and it wipes down between wearings.

Terry towelling lines the body, the hood and the sleeves — not just the back panel. It takes the damp off and gives a thin shell some warmth.
